Recipe for these Pancakes
2 Eggs with the yolks and whites separated.
1 Cup of milk
1 1/2 cup of flour
3 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 Teaspoon baking powder
Mix the Egg yolks, milk, and butter together, and set aside. In a separate bowl beat the egg whites until they turn white and can hold a shape. After that add a shake of salt and the table spoon of sugar, then beat again until they hold a bit stiffer of a shape.
Sift the flour baking powder and salt together into the egg yolks, milk and butter. Stir together with the beaten egg whites. Continue to do so until all the flour, whites and yolks are mixed together, into a smooth fluffy batter.
Grease a pan and ladle in some batter and wait until bubbles form at the top, then flip the cake and cook a little longer.
